The vocation of KEYTAL International is to help its clients to recruit the “Key Talents” they need now and for the future, by using an Executive Search Approach.

Thus, we fullfill assignments for top Executives positions, Managers positions and specific Experts positions, always under very confidential approaches.

The need progressively rose to offer more regular recruitment services via a Multimedia Approach (press, Internet, databases), focusing on Executives and Technicians. This approach is especially used when:

• the target profiles are sufficiently free,


• the number of potential candidates is high,


• the job level (in terms of salary, training, profile, etc.) does not allow for a direct contact approach.

It comes under our KEYTAL Sélection Division, which has a dedicated team and tools.

The philosophy remains obviously exactly the same, regardless the methodology we use (please refer to Values above).

Thus, we are able to develop a strong relationship over the long term with our clients, on positions which do not specifically require Executive Search approaches.
