Through the individual track record of each KEYTAL International team member, we rely on our international executive search experience, especially in the “Government and nonprofit” sector.

We were in charge of filling in top managing positions in Ski Resort, Research & Technical Centers, Economic agencies reporting to local governmental agencies, French regional organizations, social oriented buildings…

We used a Direct Approach or Multimédia methodologies (sometimes simultaneously), depending on each position characteristics.

For some positions, we also performed final evaluations of pre-selected candidates: our conclusions were instrumental in the final decision making process.

Candidates came from both the private and public sectors.
