EVALUATION

In some specific client situations, we are asked to make strong candidature analysis in order to :

• control external hiring processes
• make sense regarding internal career mobility.


We base our conclusions on a set of observations:

  • thorough analysis interviews to measure professional know-how, as well as personal abilities to adapt to a new position and to its environment,

  • a perfect knowledge of test tools and registered evaluation models, primarily based on personality analysis (i.e.: MBTI, 16PF, Alter Ego…),

  • Systematic checking of professional references..

These approaches are always run by a “4 eyes screening teamâ€:

  • Firstly, by the consultant “Assignment Directorâ€, who perfectly knows our client and his environment. Our evaluations are always designed in connection with this perspective,

  • Secondly, another KEYTAL International consultant will assist, focusing on analysis perspective based on testing material.

Our conclusions are presented in a synthetic dossier. At the end of the process, comments are individually addressed to both the client and the candidate
